Ana Sofia Joanes, director of Fresh, has made one of the most important movies I have seen in some time. Her film chronicles where our food comes from, how it affects our environment, animal life, and economy. She also features several well-know stars of sustainable agriculture including Michael Pollan, Will Allen, and Joel Salatin.
