Buying from distributors (or farmers) of fresh, local, organic produce and meats is all very well for high end restaurants with a wealthy clientele, but I'd love to see someone address how to convince our local corner Chinese takeout place or burrito joint to purchase healthy meat. Any ideas how we can start to make change at that level?
